The Vision

Grow in. Grow up. Grow out.

The Vision is our step-by-step way to help you grow in your faith and follow Jesus. It has three steps. First you grow in: you grow as a person. Then you grow up: you grow closer to God. Then you grow out: you learn to lead and help others.

When a church teaches the Vision, it takes about a year. That is about three months to grow in, three to grow up, and six to grow out.

Each step also has its own in, up and out, so you will see those words on the manuals.
